The software is quite strict. Here are the rules:
Title MUST be more than 10 characters.
Description MUST be more than 32 characters.
You'll want some content.
Category can be either general or special - only I can make more categories. You have to ask. But they'll be for everyone.
There MUST be at least one tag.
And you MUST tick the recaptcha. If you get the "check recaptcha" error and it's already ticked, wait. It will clear. Then you can tick it and publish.
And you MUST upload an image!
You can delete comments.
You can edit or delete your blog(s).
